The Cityscape 2.0 is one of the most reviewed e-bikes on Amazon, and the reason is clear: for under $500 it covers everything a daily commuter needs. A 500 W motor, a removable 468 Wh battery, a step-through frame, seven gears, front suspension and lights at both ends.
The battery runs at 36 V rather than 48 V, which is common at this price and means the bike feels smooth rather than punchy. Heybike quotes up to 50 miles with pedal assist and 30–35 miles on throttle, which is realistic for a battery this size if you keep assist moderate.
The 26 × 1.95-inch puncture-resistant tires roll easily on pavement, and the wide rider height range (5'1" to 6'3") makes it a good fit for most adults. Heybike also offers a 2-year warranty, longer than many budget brands, and the bike is UL 2849 certified.
What's missing: Heybike doesn't publish the bike's weight, top speed or payload, and there's no torque figure. If you need to carry it upstairs or ride steep hills daily, look at the specs of the alternatives first.
Best for: Commuters who ride mostly on pavement and want a reliable, affordable e-bike from a brand with a long track record on Amazon.

With a 36 V battery it's tuned for comfort rather than speed: don't expect the pull of a 750 W bike on steep hills.
