The EB-C2 sits at the low end of Amazon's e-bike prices, yet it covers the basics a daily rider needs: a battery you can pull out and charge indoors, a step-through frame that's easy to get on and off, a suspension fork and disc brakes on both wheels.
The 500 W nominal motor with 55 Nm of torque handles moderate city hills. Where you should keep expectations realistic is the battery: 374 Wh is a modest capacity, so the advertised 40–50 miles only show up with low pedal assist. On throttle alone, the brand itself quotes 25–30 miles.
At 63.7 lb with a steel frame, this isn't a bike to carry up stairs every day, but it's fine for a garage or a building lobby. The rear rack and five riding modes, including cruise, make it practical for short and medium trips.
Some numbers we'd like to see published are missing, such as top speed and charging time. The brand does list UL 2849 certification for the bike and UL 2271 for the battery, which not every budget e-bike can claim.
Best for: First-time e-bike buyers who ride up to about 20 miles a day around town and want to spend as little as possible.
